Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a technical MEP background who can coordinate teams, manage projects, and ensure timely, safe service delivery. Immediate joiners will be prioritised.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage maintenance teams including MEP, civil, HVAC and technical staff.
• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain operational readiness.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial sites, maintaining standards and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets and handle supplier coordination, materials planning and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and compliance procedures on all jobs.
• Manage client relationships and provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
• Prepare maintenance reports and operational performance dashboards for stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, MEP or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience within maintenance, facilities management or contracting.
• Proven leadership, planning and client-management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
