Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Maintenance In-Charge to oversee and manage maintenance activities across multiple real estate properties. This role is ideal for someone who can take full responsibility for operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance overall efficiency.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining property standards, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed smoothly and effectively.
• Supervise daily building maintenance operations, including MEP systems, HVAC units, and civil works
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with UAE safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery
• Develop and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets while maintaining cost efficiency
• Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolutions
• Maintain proper documentation including reports, logs, and inspection records
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in real estate or facilities management environments
• Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, HVAC, and general building operations
• Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proactive approach with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple properties and manage teams efficiently
• Hands-on experience in maintenance operations is essential
