Description:

Redeck Pools is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer specializing in Landscaping to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in landscape maintenance, softscape management, and site operations who can ensure the successful upkeep of outdoor environments and landscaping projects.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure landscaping assets are maintained to high standards. Candidates with UAE experience and the ability to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage landscape maintenance and softscape activities across assigned sites.

• Monitor the health and maintenance of plants, turf, and landscaped areas.

• Oversee irrigation systems and ensure their efficient operation and maintenance.

• Coordinate daily site operations and maintenance schedules.

• Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure work is completed effectively and on time.

• Inspect landscaping works and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and maintenance requirements.

• Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates on site performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in landscape maintenance and softscape works.

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plants, turf, and horticultural practices.

• Ability to manage maintenance teams and oversee site operations.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
