Hiring: Maintenance Coordinator – Dubai, UAE
Provident Real Estate is looking for an organized and service-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage maintenance workflows, coordinate vendors, and ensure high standards of service delivery for tenants and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance jobs and inspections with contractors and service providers.
- Review and verify quotations against inspection findings, ensuring warranties and guarantees are included.
- Track progress of projects, keep up-to-date completion reports, and manage work orders until close-out.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams to relay updates and resolve issues.
- Oversee the inspector’s daily schedule and proactively plan for upcoming inspections and tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance coordination or facilities role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities under pressure.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when the situation requires.
- A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
