Description:
Wrist Middle East is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee and enhance regional logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods from warehouse to vessel, while fostering a high-performing team and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics team to ensure high performance and efficiency
- Oversee inbound and outbound operations while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service teams to guarantee timely delivery of goods
- Optimize delivery routes and transport operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement process improvements and initiatives that drive operational cost savings
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transport regulations at all stages
- Prepare monthly logistics reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Established network with port authorities, customs officials, and shipping agents across the UAE
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive operational improvements
