Description:
Tameem Logistics & Warehouse is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee operations across the UAE. This role is well-suited for a professional who can efficiently manage logistics functions while also contributing to business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining high service standards. In addition, the role requires a proactive approach to expanding the company’s client base and enhancing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, storage, and distribution
• Supervise inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor operational performance and implement cost control measures and process improvements
• Lead and manage warehouse staff and logistics teams effectively
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with company policies
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless operations
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics and warehousing services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse management
• Strong background in both operations management and business development
• In-depth understanding of UAE logistics market and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Preferred:
• Experience working in 3PL or large-scale warehouse operations
• Existing client network within the UAE logistics sector
