Description:

High Trust General Contracting & Transport is looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics & Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize all logistics and transportation operations across its active projects in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of fleet activities, equipment deployment, and operational efficiency across multiple project sites.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing fleet performance, improving logistics systems, and ensuring timely movement of manpower, materials, and equipment. This position requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in large-scale logistics operations, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all logistics, transportation, and fleet operations

• Supervise company vehicles, heavy equipment, drivers, and operators

• Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness

• Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to project sites

• Develop and implement logistics plans and transportation strategies for projects

• Track fuel consumption, fleet costs, and overall operational efficiency

• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Operations teams

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, UAE regulations, and company policies

• Manage fleet documentation including registrations, permits, and insurance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce operational costs

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, fleet, or transportation management

• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Strong background in construction, infrastructure, transport, or heavy equipment industries

• Excellent knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics operations

• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• UAE experience is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Fleet management systems and tracking tools

• Logistics planning and supply chain coordination

• HSE compliance standards and UAE regulations

• Equipment utilization and maintenance scheduling

• Cost control and operational efficiency strategies
