Description:
We are currently hiring for the role of Logistics Executive – Import & Export to manage international logistics operations within the fashion, retail, and sportswear sector. Based in Dubai, this role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of customs procedures, international trade documentation, and import/export compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete logistics processes for import and export of fashion and sportswear items
- Handle all shipping documentation including commercial invoices, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformity, and related forms
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Dubai Free Zone authorities to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance
- Monitor global shipments, address clearance delays, and provide quick resolutions to any logistics issues
- Ensure all operations comply with local customs regulations, Incoterms, and proper usage of HS codes
- Maintain coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless movement of goods
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics within fashion, retail, or FMCG sectors
- Proficiency in international trade processes and UAE customs clearance regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive shipments
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and shipping documentation workflows
