Description:
Selective Marine is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator (On Base) to manage and streamline the movement of marine equipment, spare parts, and vessel supplies. The role is central to ensuring smooth operational logistics and compliance with UAE maritime and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for marine equipment, spare parts, and vessel supplies
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, port authorities, and customs agents
• Prepare and manage all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to operations teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and maritime regulations
• Support inventory tracking and warehouse coordination
• Efficiently resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies
Key Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, preferably within marine, shipping, or offshore services
• Strong understanding of UAE customs procedures and port operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
