Description:
Hausstrom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to become part of our growing operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating logistics processes, handling shipping documentation, and ensuring efficient end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate logistics activities from order placement through to final delivery.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with UAE import/export laws.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory and shipment records to support smooth operational flow.
- Assist the procurement and warehouse departments in logistics planning and management.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area within the UAE.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
