Description:
We are hiring — Logistics Coordinator
Join a busy operations team as a Logistics Coordinator where you’ll be responsible for planning, dispatching and monitoring the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure sites are served on time and assets are well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor all transport activities and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Allocate vehicles to project sites according to daily schedules and operational priorities, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with HR & Admin for timely renewal of MULKIYA (vehicle registration), insurance, permits and related documentation.
- Track vehicle movements via GPS/telematics to verify locations, monitor overtime and generate movement reports.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel and maintenance records, and follow up on preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with drivers, vendors and site teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support ad-hoc transport requests, assist in incident reporting and help improve fleet utilization processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar logistics or fleet coordination role; UAE experience is an advantage.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Comfortable using GPS/telematics systems and basic fleet reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across HR, admin, drivers and site teams.
