Description:
Arabian Company LLC, a specialist in premium office furniture based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a practical and detail-oriented Logistics and Procurement Executive to support its procurement and delivery operations. This role suits someone who combines hands-on logistics experience with a basic understanding of procurement processes and enjoys owning projects from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring shipments move smoothly and documentation is complete.
  • Contact and negotiate with international suppliers to request and confirm Proforma Invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate supplier Proforma Invoices (PIs) for accuracy — checking item descriptions, quantities, prices, terms, and totals.
  • Keep Excel trackers current to monitor order status, shipment milestones, and project timelines.
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle for both international and local purchases: prepare orders, follow up with vendors, arrange shipping, and ensure final delivery in the UAE.
  • Take ownership of delivery schedules and proactively coordinate between suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to avoid delays.

Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • 1–2 years’ practical experience in logistics, procurement, or related operations.
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising with overseas suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check financial and shipment documents.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining Excel-based trackers and reports.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Basic familiarity with international shipping paperwork and import procedures is a plus.
