Logistic and Administrative Tasks:
• Prepare and manage payment documents and customs declarations, including invoices, payment requests, quotations, contracts, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Execute and follow up on inwards, outwards, and inventory processes efficiently.
• Properly store customs declaration documents for future tax purposes.
• Prepare all documents for registration, establishment, changes, and regulatory requirements for products.
• File, organize, and retrieve documents as needed, along with performing other related tasks.
Accounting Tasks:
• Collect all payment-related documents, process payment orders, and record expenses in SAP-B1.
• Review and store all payment documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compile tax-related documents to perform quarterly tax reports in compliance with Vietnam’s regulations.
• Prepare and provide documents for auditing, accounting, tax, or legal requirements as requested by Party A.
