Description:
Palm Living Interiors is currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Logistics Administrator / Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, scheduling installation activities, and liaising with internal factory and fleet teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery schedules and installation works for client projects

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination preferred
