We are seeking a proactive Logistic Coordinator to oversee and streamline our supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will manage shipments end-to-end, handle documentation and customs processes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
- Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including import/export paperwork and customs clearance.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, customs brokers and customers to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Track deliveries, resolve transit issues and ensure on-time shipments.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare regular logistics reports and update inventory logs.
- Assist in planning routes, optimizing freight costs, and improving operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations; UAE experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
