Description:
Thesay Pharma is seeking a meticulous and experienced Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage both local and international shipments, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain while complying with pharmaceutical logistics regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor daily local and international shipments
• Handle logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, AWB, clearance papers, and regulatory documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight agents, customs brokers, and internal departments
• Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and resolve logistics challenges
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international pharmaceutical logistics regulations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
• International logistics experience preferred, including managing global suppliers and overseas shipments
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and shipment coordination
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
