Position Overview:
We’re hiring a friendly and reliable Live Chat Agent to join our remote administrative team. As the first point of contact for customers via live chat, you’ll deliver prompt, accurate answers and help resolve issues in real time. This is an hourly, full-time role suited to someone comfortable working independently from a home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries over live chat channels.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Keep customer interactions positive and solution-focused to maintain high satisfaction.
- Log chat transcripts, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Strong written English communication skills; professional tone and grammar.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, live chat support, or similar role (preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
- Customer-first attitude and good problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
