Dr. Mylissa’s Medical Boutique is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role you will be the primary contact for customers who reach out via our website or mobile app — delivering fast, accurate, and friendly support that keeps customers satisfied and informed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer messages through live chat.
• Provide clear, accurate information on products, services, orders, billing and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine customer issues; escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when needed.
• Keep current on product lines, promotions and system updates to provide informed answers.
• Log and track all customer interactions using CRM or ticketing tools for follow-up and reporting.
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as average response time, customer satisfaction scores and resolution rate.
• Identify recurring problems or opportunities to improve the customer experience and report them to supervisors.
