Description:
Al Zaeem Real Estate is currently searching for a Listing Coordinator to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the efficiency and success of real estate operations within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with property owners and ensure records are updated accurately
• Manage and refresh property information within internal systems and CRM tools
• Engage daily with existing and potential owners, offering assistance related to their properties
• Collaborate with Leasing and Sales agents to ensure listings meet client expectations
• Coordinate and confirm property viewings, client meetings, and related appointments
• Support the preparation of leasing offer letters, MOUs, and essential documentation
• Oversee timely submission, filing, and archiving of all required paperwork
• Keep property listings accurate, up to date, and professionally displayed across various marketing platforms
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems, listing platforms, and common office tools
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication abilities in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous
• A collaborative attitude with a commitment to teamwork
Preferred Background:
• Familiarity with platforms like Madhmoun, PF Expert, and Bayut Profolio
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in real estate operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline
