Description:

A private client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Coordinator to provide high-quality personal support and lifestyle management services. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional who can manage luxury lifestyle requirements in a fast-paced private environment.

The successful candidate will handle personal requests, coordinate premium purchases, manage deliveries, support home styling requirements, and ensure seamless execution of lifestyle arrangements with excellent attention to detail.

This role requires a professional who values discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional service standards while working closely with a VIP Principal and coordinating with luxury brands, suppliers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily lifestyle support and assistance to the Principal.

• Coordinate personal requests from planning through completion.

• Source luxury items, gifts, and special purchases based on requirements.

• Manage the complete ordering, delivery, and follow-up process.

• Prepare elegant gift wrapping, hampers, floral arrangements, and personalized presentations.

• Assist with home styling, seasonal decorations, and table arrangements.

• Coordinate the movement, organization, and setup of personal belongings between residences.

• Liaise with luxury brands, boutiques, suppliers, and service providers.

• Travel locally and internationally with the Principal when required.

• Maintain complete discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (Philippine nationality only).

• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi.

• Previous experience supporting a VIP, UHNW individual, C-level executive, or private client.

• Ability to travel at short notice and stay away from home for extended periods.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.

• Experience in luxury gifting, gift wrapping, floral arrangements, or similar creative work is highly desirable.

• Positive, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
