Medcare Women & Children Hospital, a well-recognized healthcare institution in the UAE, is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate DHA Licensed Midwife to join its maternity care team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care in a hospital environment.
The Midwife will play a key role in supporting women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period, while ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with DHA regulations and hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Support and guide mothers during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery
- Conduct patient assessments, monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
- Educate mothers and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postnatal health
- Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and DHA standards
Requirements:
- Valid DHA Midwife License is mandatory
- Degree or Diploma qualification in Midwifery
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience in maternity care
- Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and empathetic approach
