Hiring: English-Speaking Legal Associate – UAE Law Expert

JM Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a highly competent and motivated Legal Associate to join its expanding legal team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong expertise in UAE law who is passionate about litigation, legal research, and client advisory services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal memoranda, defense pleadings, legal notices, and formal legal opinions in English
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on UAE laws and regulations
  • Develop effective case strategies and provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
  • Represent clients in litigation matters and coordinate with local authorities and judicial bodies
  • Manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently while meeting strict deadlines

Requirements:

  • At least three years of professional experience with well-established law firms in the UAE
  • Strong and practical knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality legal documentation in English
  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications are considered an advantage

  • Hands-on experience in court litigation and dealings with government authorities
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to professional ethics
