Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Legal Affairs Coordinator to support the Legal Department in managing legal documentation, contract administration, compliance activities, and corporate records. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience handling legal processes within a professional environment.

The role involves managing contracts, supporting legal research, coordinating with government authorities and external legal partners, and ensuring accurate maintenance of confidential legal records.

This opportunity is suitable for a detail-oriented legal professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, agreements, legal documents, and corporate records.

• Monitor contract renewals, expiry dates, and important legal deadlines.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and legal correspondence.

• Coordinate with government authorities, external law firms, regulatory bodies, and notary offices.

• Support legal research, compliance monitoring, litigation documentation, and corporate registrations.

• Coordinate document legalization, attestation, and notarization processes when required.

• Maintain accurate and confidential legal records and databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in legal administration, coordination, or corporate legal affairs.

• UAE experience and knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory procedures is preferred.

• Strong contract administration, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Contract management and legal documentation processes.

• Corporate compliance and regulatory procedures.

• Legal record management and stakeholder coordination.
