Description:
A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Affairs Coordinator to support its Legal Department. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in legal administration, contract management, and corporate compliance who can efficiently handle legal documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The successful candidate will assist with contract administration, legal documentation, compliance activities, and coordination with internal teams, government authorities, and external legal partners. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment while contributing to the organization’s legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts, agreements, legal documents, and corporate records.
• Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and important legal deadlines.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and legal correspondence.
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, law firms, and notary offices.
• Support legal research, compliance monitoring, litigation documentation, and corporate registrations.
• Arrange document legalization, attestation, and notarization when required.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential legal records and databases.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal administration, coordination, or corporate legal affairs.
• UAE experience and familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory procedures is preferred.
• Strong contract administration and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of:
