Description:
Inclusions UAE is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join its school-based support team across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate professionals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an educational environment.
The successful candidates will work closely with students, teachers, and school staff to provide individualized learning support, promote student development, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom experience. Applicants with relevant certifications and experience in special education are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and classroom learning support for students with SEN and ASD.
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized learning plans and classroom activities.
• Support students in developing academic, social, and communication skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and support staff.
• Encourage a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records and follow school policies and support procedures.
Requirements:
• Filipino nationality.
• Experience working with children with SEN and ASD.
• ABA Certification is preferred.
• SEN Certification is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Special Educational Needs (SEN) support strategies.
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learning support practices.
• Classroom assistance, student engagement, and behavior support techniques.
