We are excited to welcome a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to designing, developing, and delivering innovative training programs that uphold our promise of “Extraordinary Every Time” experiences.
As the Learning & Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
- Facilitating onboarding programs for new hires as well as ongoing professional development for existing team members.
- Developing engaging, blended learning content that aligns with Aspire Lifestyles’ brand values and standards.
- Supporting audits, compliance requirements, and global training initiatives.
- Measuring training effectiveness and celebrating achievements to encourage a culture of continuous learning.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- A genuine passion for people development and continuous improvement.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with innovative approaches to adult learning.
- The ability to deliver impactful training in both English and Arabic.
