Description:
The Call Center Doctors is expanding its high-performing roofing sales division and seeking motivated Remote Appointment Setters to join our team. We specialize in building and managing some of the nation’s top outbound sales teams, launching 300+ call centers, and supporting over 1,000 active agents daily.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to homeowners in active roofing markets
• Follow proven scripts, objection handlers, and sales flows
• Set qualified roofing inspection appointments
• Participate in coaching sessions to improve sales performance
• Meet and exceed performance targets to maximize weekly commissions
• Collaborate with a leadership team experienced in high-volume sales operations
Compensation:
• Most dedicated setters earn $1,000–$1,500+ per week
• Daily commission structure per valid appointment:
– 1–2 valid appointments: $45 each
– 3 valid appointments: $50 each
– 4+ valid appointments: $55 each
• Commissions are paid weekly, every Monday
• No earnings cap – income directly tied to performance
Training & Support:
• Mandatory HR onboarding: December 1
• Daily live coaching from top roofing sales trainers in the U.S.
• Systems designed to get new setters to $250–$300/day quickly
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting
• Experience with high-volume dialing systems
• Strong English communication and clear speaking voice
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional on calls
• Reliable home office setup including:
– Computer with 8GB+ RAM
– USB headset
– Stable internet connection
• Availability: 12:00pm–8:00pm EST
