Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Landscape Supervisor who takes pride in delivering well-kept, attractive outdoor environments. In this role you’ll lead on-site landscaping operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and make sure every project meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily landscaping activities including planting, pruning, mowing, trimming, and pest management.
- Lead and mentor a crew of gardeners and irrigation technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring high productivity.
- Supervise installation of soft and hard landscaping elements and irrigation systems, confirming they meet plans and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to align site activities with project requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards of workmanship, safety, and HSE compliance.
- Maintain tools and machinery, and ensure timely reporting of maintenance needs.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports documenting work completed and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Architecture — diplomas will not be accepted.
- Proficient in AutoCAD — mandatory for this position.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems on site and manage teams effectively.
- Practical experience supervising landscaping projects and familiarity with common horticultural practices.
