We’re Hiring: Landscape Estimator (3–4 Years UAE Experience)
Kabril LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in landscape and hardscape estimation, with a strong grasp of local market standards and supplier networks in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscaping and hardscaping projects.
- Perform detailed BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure competitive and realistic bid submissions.
- Source pricing information and liaise with UAE-based suppliers.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Excel for drawings, measurements, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in landscape/hardscape estimation within the UAE.
- Excellent technical understanding of project drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with current UAE supplier rates and market trends.
