A leading company is seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer to join its team for landscape projects in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE experience in landscape construction, site execution, and project coordination who are committed to delivering high-quality results.
The selected candidate will oversee landscape construction activities, supervise site operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise landscape construction and site execution activities.
• Coordinate hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works throughout project phases.
• Prepare and review project planning, scheduling, BOQs, and costing.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, quality standards, and project documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in landscape construction and site execution, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, BOQs, costing, and site supervision.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures, quality standards, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
