We’re Hiring | Land Surveyor (4+ Years Experience) 🏗️
A well-established engineering consultancy based in Dubai is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join its growing project team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in surveying and hands-on experience working on construction and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.
- Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and local authority standards.
- Experience in setting out works, site surveys, and preparation of as-built surveys.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey-related documentation.
- Previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out land and construction surveys in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform setting out for buildings, roads, and various infrastructure works.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain precise survey records, drawings, and technical reports.
