About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Labor Coordinator to manage and oversee manpower deployment for steel industry projects in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring timely labor mobilization, smooth client coordination, and effective on-site supervision. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of handling workforce management under demanding project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower mobilization by deploying workers to client sites according to project schedules and requirements.
- Monitor, record, and maintain accurate daily and weekly timesheets for all assigned labor.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and manpower teams to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Supervise labor on-site to maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and work quality.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific rules.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory UAE experience in manpower supply or the steel industry.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is required.
