Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the kitchen

• Assist with inventory handling and stock management

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment

• Supervise restaurant operations and team performance (Assistant Restaurant Manager)

• Monitor shift activities, staffing, and operational efficiency

• Assist with inventory control, food safety compliance, and restaurant performance management

• Support training and development of restaurant team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a QSR, fast-food restaurant, or commercial kitchen environment (Kitchen Crew)

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager role

• Strong leadership and communication skills for management candidates

• Basic English communication skills

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience in QSR or fast-food operations is preferred

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards

• Strong knowledge of:

• Food safety and hygiene practices

• Inventory control and stock management
