Hiring – Key Account Sales Executives (UAE)
We are expanding our commercial team and seeking driven Key Account Sales Executives to manage and grow strategic accounts for RC Cola – Sweet House across all Emirates. This role focuses on building strong retail and HORECA relationships to maximize distribution, visibility, and sales performance for our beverage portfolio.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales within the UAE, ideally with exposure to beverage distribution.
• Solid understanding of Modern Trade, HORECA channels, supermarkets, gift/discount centers, and convenience stores.
• Professional appearance and good communication skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Fluent in English; must also speak one of the following: Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts across multiple channels and work to expand their business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and in-store/promotional activities with major customers.
• Monitor inventory and product availability, placing and following up on orders as needed.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, stock, and performance reports to management.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure correct product placement and visibility according to agreed planograms.
• Professionally represent the company and actively promote all SKUs in the assigned territory.
