Description:
We are currently hiring a motivated and technically skilled Junior Sales Engineer with hands-on MEP experience to join a growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who are eager to build a career in technical sales within the building services and engineering sector.
The role focuses on supporting sales activities through technical knowledge, customer coordination, and proposal preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior sales engineers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients across the UAE.
POSITION DETAILS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a strong understanding of product specifications, performance, and applications such as valves, actuators, separators, and related components
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical as well as commercial proposals
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and end users to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Support senior sales engineers and sales managers in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communications
• Maintain customer records, product catalogues, and technical documentation
• Provide post-sales support including order follow-up and assistance during installation
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution
• Conduct site visits when required to gather technical requirements and strengthen client relationships
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and UAE MEP codes and regulations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within MEP, HVAC, plumbing, or building services
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
• Basic understanding of fluid mechanics, pressure and flow control, valves, and heat transfer
• Familiarity with common MEP components such as valves, actuators, pumps, and related systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
SALES & SOFT SKILLS:
• Strong communication skills with both technical and commercial understanding
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to prepare quotations and assist in negotiations
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries or projects at the same time
• UAE driving license is an added advantage but not mandatory
