Description:
Noaf Interiors LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on UAE experience in interior fit-out projects who are looking to advance their career in cost management, estimation, and project administration.
The successful candidate will support project teams by preparing quantity take-offs, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assisting with cost estimation, and monitoring project costs. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of interior fit-out project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities
• Support tender preparation and evaluation processes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and pricing
• Assist in subcontractor evaluation and procurement activities
• Maintain project cost records and reports
• Support contract administration and project documentation requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects (Mandatory)
• Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control procedures
• Understanding of tendering processes and subcontractor evaluation
• Familiarity with contract administration practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using quantity surveying and estimating software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
