Job Description
Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineering
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Mechanical Engineering to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems in an established industrial in UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical knowledge who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and alignment of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (e.g., conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspection, tightening of bolts, and cleaning of parts.
- Support senior engineer during mechanical repairs and overhauls.
- Help in assembling/disassembling mechanical components and systems.
- Learn to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Report mechanical issues or abnormalities to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop and plant areas.
- Follow company safety procedures and use PPE properly during maintenance work.
- Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and keep basic records/logs.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (only experience can apply).
- Understanding of mechanical tools, fittings, and systems.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in industrial environments.
Preferred
Experience in an established factory, plant, or industrial project will be an advantage.
Exposure to mechanical work in manufacturing industries.
