We are looking to hire a Junior IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their IT career, troubleshoot technical issues, and grow with evolving IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Set up new users, manage passwords, and enforce security protocols.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new IT systems and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Administration of Microsoft 365.
