Description:
Oasis Cuisines is looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is eager to contribute to the people function of a fast-growing UAE-based food manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, HR administration, and day-to-day people operations across both office and factory teams while helping maintain efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and daily HR operations.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and administrative processes.
• Provide HR support to office and factory teams.
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks and employee communications.
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
• Manufacturing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, WPS, or visa processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
