Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies
- Handle basic employee queries and assist with HR documentation
- Support payroll and attendance tracking
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and memos
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or previous role)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
