One of the reputed organizations in Dubai is currently looking to hire a motivated and ambitious Junior HR Consultant – Business Development to support client acquisition, HR consulting services, and overall business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and corporate leads for HR services
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and client follow-ups

• Promote HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and consulting services
• Maintain and update CRM systems and lead pipelines accurately
• Support proposal preparation and client presentations
