Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Dubai-based team. This is an on-site, full-time role ideal for an early-career designer who enjoys turning concepts into attractive visuals for both digital and print channels.
About the Role
You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce on-brand assets, support campaign launches, and help maintain visual consistency across channels. The role requires strong execution skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, and product packaging as needed.
- Develop and maintain brand assets and templates that align with established guidelines.
- Interpret creative briefs into polished designs that meet project objectives.
- Perform image editing and retouching for marketing campaigns and product visuals.
- Keep up with current design trends and contribute fresh ideas to the creative process.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color theory.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate well with team members.
