Fire Wise Safety is currently expanding its operations in Abu Dhabi and is looking to hire committed and enthusiastic professionals to strengthen its growing team. The company specializes in fire and life safety consultancy services, including professional 3D evacuation plans and safety solutions delivered across the UAE. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

1️ Junior Draftsman

The company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Draftsman, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering background, to support the preparation of technical drawings and fire safety layouts.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Revit will be considered an added advantage.
  • Ability to prepare and modify fire and life safety drawings accurately.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication and documentation.
  • Previous exposure to fire & life safety projects will be a plus.
  • Candidates who are immediately available will be prioritized.

2️ Admin & Office Assistant

An organized and proactive Admin & Office Assistant is also required to handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting tasks such as invoicing, LPO processing, payment follow-ups, documentation handling, and company registration procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and professional interaction with clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Well-structured approach to office management and coordination tasks.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
