As a Junior Digital Media Buyer, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Reddit, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge in digital advertising who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Media Buying to implement strategies, test creatives, analyze performance, and contribute to campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in launching, monitoring, and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns meet pacing and performance goals.
- Optimization & Testing
- Adjust budgets, bids, and audience targeting with guidance from senior team members.
- Support A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
- Contribute ideas for testing strategies and review results to improve performance.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work with creative teams to brainstorm ad concepts and provide feedback.
- Organize and prepare creative assets for testing and campaign deployment.
- Data & Performance Analysis
- Assist in compiling reports and extracting insights from Google Analytics, ad platforms, and spreadsheets.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, supporting weekly and monthly reports.
- Technical Setup & Quality Assurance
- Support implementation of tracking pixels and conversion tracking via tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct QA checks to confirm proper campaign tracking setup, including UTMs and links.
- Research & Learning
- Keep updated with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor campaigns.
- Participate in training sessions and work toward mastering various ad platforms.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media buying (agency or in-house).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads is preferred.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, or LinkedIn is a plus.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for analyzing data.
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Interest in ad creatives and performance trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
