As a Junior Client Services Manager, you will support client relationships and ensure smooth delivery of creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will collaborate closely with Campaign and Strategy teams to ensure client satisfaction, happy creators, and timely deliverables. This role is ideal for candidates with early experience in influencer marketing, content production, or client-facing roles seeking growth in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Internal Communication: Support day-to-day client contact, provide timely updates, join client calls, take notes, and follow up on next steps. Coordinate with Campaign, Strategy, and Creator teams to maintain aligned communication.
Campaign Coordination & Delivery: Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Ensure internal systems, documents, and assets are up to date. Flag risks early to maintain smooth delivery.
Performance & Reporting Support: Collaborate with the Data team to compile campaign results and insights. Contribute to wrap reports highlighting key outcomes.
Process & Quality Support: Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, communication flow, or delivery processes. Uphold Kyra’s quality standards and values in every project.

Requirements & Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creative account management (agency or brand-side).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills; professional, friendly, and collaborative.
• Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
