Oasis Cuisines is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate marketing professional who is eager to build a career in brand and trade marketing within the FMCG industry while working closely with the company’s leadership.
The successful candidate will contribute to brand development, product positioning, retail promotions, packaging initiatives, and marketing campaigns across GCC markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to strengthen brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing brand and trade marketing strategies.
• Support product positioning, packaging, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate retail promotions and marketing campaigns across GCC channels.
• Monitor brand performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on marketing projects.
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
• Food or FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong interest in brand building and retail marketing.
• Comfortable analyzing numbers and tracking brand and sales performance.
• Clear communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
