Description:
Madina Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Auditor to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in financial and process auditing who are ready to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment. The selected candidate will work closely with senior auditors and play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in audit processes. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting financial audits, process reviews, and internal control evaluations
• Support senior auditors in preparing audit reports and documentation
• Review and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency and control
• Ensure all audit activities are completed within deadlines and in line with company policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit; CA firm training is an added advantage
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial and process audits across any industry
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial controls, and compliance standards
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
