Description:
AllInAffiliates.com, a fast-growing iGaming affiliate network, is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Junior Affiliate Manager to join our remote team. This role focuses on onboarding, supporting, and maintaining strong relationships with new affiliates, ensuring they stay engaged and perform well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new affiliates and guide them through tracking platforms, reporting tools, and payment processes.
• Respond promptly and clearly to affiliate questions regarding offers, tracking, and payments.
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance and maintain performance standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to keep affiliates engaged.
• Identify affiliate needs for growth and connect them with relevant resources.
• Suggest ways affiliates can optimize traffic to increase revenue for both parties.
• Maintain accurate account records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with senior team members when affiliates show growth potential.
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple affiliate accounts.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to following through.
• Analytical mindset to identify opportunities for affiliate growth.
• Ambitious, proactive, and driven to help affiliates generate revenue.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work full-time with hours overlapping Toronto, Canada (EST) until at least 1:00 PM.
• Bonus: Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is advantageous but not required.
