Al Satwa Tech is currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support the finance department. This role is well-suited for candidates who are eager to build hands-on experience in accounting while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Support the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and internal reports
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and keep records well-organized
- Assist with bank reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies when identified
- Work closely with senior accountants and finance team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and established procedures
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper financial documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in an accounting support role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office applications
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
