Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance and compliance team. The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain strong hands-on exposure in accounting operations, financial reporting, audit support, and documentation processes.
The selected candidate will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records while supporting compliance and client-related documentation work.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and record financial transactions properly
• Prepare and post accounting entries in line with standard accounting practices
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in preparing and reviewing KYC documentation for clients
• Support financial reporting tasks and basic audit-related activities
• Work on Tally and Microsoft Excel for accounting and reporting purposes
• Assist in maintaining organized financial and compliance records
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and finance-related support
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of accounting tasks
• Gain exposure to audit firm practices and compliance procedures
